Moving… Success! Next goal: Raven Navy Issue

So I managed to move all my industrials with stuff to Gekutami. It took me almost 2 hours to get everything in place. PHEW!

While I don’t have the Raven at my disposition to do Lvl4, I still have the Drake and there’s also another lvl 3 agent in another neighboring station.

I was looking around and I might like to use this for my next fitting.

I don’t have most of this, but I the shield booster amplifiers, the invulnerability fields and the power diagnostic are already in my possession. Hopefully my corp can assist me with something else.

Drake lvl 3 mission fitting

So, I was playing with EFT and this is what I’m able to use for the moment with a Drake. Is not that good, I know, but I’m still training higher skills in the mean time.

Mission of Mercy lvl2

So, I’m about to do this mission and I’m seeing many people had trouble with it. Let’s see how it goes with my Caracal and Thermal Standard missiles. I have a range of about 45km, let’s hope that’s enough.

I’ll update this entry to share my results.

Ok, I finished the mission on about a little more of half an hour. I used Thermal Standard Missiles with the following fitting:

The moment I warp in, I activated the afterburner and got away as fast as I could. At 40km I started targeting and by this time the other ships spawned.  Before anything else, I took down all the Assault Frigates “Mercenary Elite Fighter”. The Mercenary Commander and Mercenary Lieutenant were still hitting me but I managed to keep going shooting the Commanders first. Always orbiting at 40km. When it was time to fight the Lieutenants I realized their shields were regenerating too fast for my taste, so I closed in and sent my drones to bother them a little… I only have 30km of range for the drones for the moment. That was enough to keep the damage steady and after several missiles I got the first down. From there it was piece of cake. The shields never went below 75%.

Overall, a little annoying mission but with nice LP.

EDIT: I see lots of people interested on this mission and I believe it would be best if we share our experience. How did it go for you? Did you follow the steps in here? Did it help you out? 🙂

Ideas for Lvl 4 mission Caldari fitting?

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestion for a Caldari ship to run lvl 4 mission. I was hoping to use a tanking Drake to them, but it seems like it might not be the best idea.

It has helped me pretty decently but I hope to get a Drake by the end of the month.
